The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated with some very nice features, impeccably clean, spacious, very quiet, and comfortable with an unobstructed view of the French Alps and the lake. However, the room size was a bit small for the price. The service was warm, welcoming, and professional, with staff who walked us to our room. The location is perfect for visiting the Olympic Museum and accessing the Metro, offering convenience to explore the old city. The dining experience was truly gorgeous with a variety of delicious options; however, it was not impressive for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel facilities were basic with only one whirlpool available, albeit beautiful. Despite some minor flaws, the hotel is a great choice for a comfortable and quiet stay with stunning views.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and cozy, with great WiFi and delicious food available. The newly renovated wing we stayed in was fantastic even though we had a little issue with the heating on the first night.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, though it took a bit for them to warm up on the first night. The service was top-notch, making me feel like a VIP with their helpful and kind staff. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of Lake Geneva and just a short walk from the Ouchy Metro. While the dining experience was decent, with a good variety of options, it didn't quite reach exceptional levels. Overall, a wonderful experience with just a few minor hiccups.
